Executive bar on-site, good sized and newly remodelled room with a sweet touch, WiFi and 2 double beds. Good and amazing location, just a walk down to everywhere. Walking distance to shopping centers and gift stores across the street: )

Great-sized and newly renovated rooms with air conditioner and a carpet, wonderful views. Amazing beds and a decent size bathroom.

The brand-new hotel had great views. I thoroughly enjoyed the lounge area during breakfast. - I got a reasonably large room with a separate bathroom. - the location couldn't be more marvelous and comfortable near the funicular which takes you down to the very nice river walk.

Service was very good. Staff very friendly. Hotel directly in the city centre.
Room with 2 double beds booked for family. The double beds were a little narrow.

The staff were friendly, great buffet for breakfast. I had 3 rooms, room 1112, 1115 and 1116, the beds were very confortable in all of the.
Lack of maintenance in guest room, room 1116 door lock does not work well, you have to use your room card to close the room from outside. The hallway was very noisy at 2.00 am, check in was very slow. You should perhaps install a bumper at room attendent and bellman cart height to protect your hallways wall, something to trhink about in your next renovation project.

The location was excellent and perfect, with Downtown Neighbourhood just a short 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was located in an extremely comfortable area close to the downtown core. - Close to several pubs and nice scenic hikes. - Enjoyed warm and rich breakfasts that were healthwise.

rooms were spacious, beds extremely comfortable. there is complimentary starbucks coffee in the room as well as the lobby in the morning.
mini bar fridge is meant to be used to keep things at room temperature rather than to cool things down. in order to get a refrigerator, one had to be requested from housekeeping and they were all out of them when we stayed here.

Location
The hotel is very tired. The restaurant facilities, although the food is excellent, are very expensive and limited. The hotel is tired and in need of an update Rooms hallways etc. Hotel is overpriced for what it is.
